my name c k dubey rim no - [protected] coustume of rim which is new connection sir this sim is not proper work which time I was purched it's always call has dropped after connecting of 10.00 minute's & 01 day age its has not connected to any call.

So therefore humble request plz solved my problem

i had ported my no [protected] from voda to RIM and my Voda sim got deactivated on 22 Oct 2016 but Rim sim is not activated and this is really very frustrating and iam not at all happy with this kind of service i called up RIM customer care 5 time but they just said that due to server down error they are not able to help. and...

With due respect i recharged my pre-paid mob.No.[protected] (Jharkhand) with rs.60/- yesterday i.E. Dt.29.03.2016 at 4.55 pm. But i till today i.E. Dt.30.03.2016, i did'nt get the recharged amount from the operator. I tried to contact lot many times to customer services. But did'nt get any reply. At last i am sending this complain with a hope to receive a favourable response from you.

Wrongly deducted money from my A/c.the customer care say that u activated this service but i didn't activate that type of service .this is happen once 5-6 times in month when my balance is more then that service. the customer care says that our system shows that u activated the service my msg but i didn't send any msg? When I call again, the customer care executive did not received call and disconnect my call....

Wrong deduction of money time to time. Rs. 10 is deducted and send me a sms. "Amount Charge for VAS EasyMobile VP Rs.10.00 (and some times it happens 20.00 or 30.00)". The deduction process repeated continuously within period of 20-30 days. I called to customer care but my call is rejected by their sides. I call again received by them but did not give any answer and disconnect my call....

My mobile no. is [protected]. Rs. 6/- is deducted from my main balance without any VAS activation. It happens with me in several time but on talking with customer care the amount was refunded. But why happens with me again and again? Because talking to customer care is so difficult and time taking. It is requested that may please refund my deducted amount of Rs. 6/- immediately. i am using reliance CDMA and since 20 or more days its tough to talk due to weak signal and i already made complaint three days ago and it was said it will be resolved within three days, but still i am facing same problem and i am unable to talk within my room, so resolve my problem plz so i can enjoy my service otherwise i have to go for port the number.....

I have made a prepaid recharge of Rs. 50 (fifty rupees) for my Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ data card ([protected]) through easy recharge at vendor shop whose vending code is 52811 on 15 May 2012 at 1600 Hrs. It is essentially compulsory to have some main balance (and I have made this recharge) before making a monthly or weekly value recharge, to get it functional (as per norms of reliance broadband +).

Hello,i have been using RIM prepaid no. [protected] and from last 3-4 months they are deducting money from my account 10/-,30/- what they ever require to deduct.And when they are ask for explanation they just simply that this is being deducted because you have activated the service.And they say their pc is showing this but they did'nt bother to check whether i really had activated that or not and simply they did'nt have any solution...

i got a call from reliance customer care regarding vas services on my mobile no. [protected] to which i had clearly said no to the executive yet he has subscribed the service and deducted 49 rs from my balance. and while trying to the customer care number they are hanging my call....

I am Binod using reliance phone from many years my number is [protected] & [protected].sir from past many months I am totally disturbed from this services. before requesting any services they have activated many sercives like VOICE CHAT, COLLER TUNES ETC, and they have deducted amount form my phone BALANCE with out informing to me it has been repeated many times so plse I REQUEST YOU...

With ref mobile no[protected],which is a pre paid number and from a long duration company is deducting un fair amounts,and from last four months they are deducting msg pack charges even i m recharging the same after paid in cash ,last 02 of aug 10 i have rechage my msg pack but the same is un subscribed today without any information.

The company has given caller tune in my mobile without my demand and illegally charges Re.1 per day on 5 October. My Complain No. is 10609163. of RIM. Company has been resolved the complain but again and again give caller tune and charged Re.1 per day.

Now I complain the company did not receive the call till now.So sir solve my problem...
