activation of caller tune forcibly

I am user of reliance mobile for last 2 months. Presently I have been facing unprecedented difficulty as some amount has been deducted from my balance in the name of introducing/activating caller tune forcibly i.e. without my asking for at all which is a violation of TRAI instructions and for which I shall also go to TRAI and Consumer Court if not satisfied by action taken at your in this regard. Dear All,

With reference to my mobile no. +91-[protected] of Reliance I would like to inform you that this GSM SIM was of 25 Rs but they have charged extra 99 Rs and they are charging the same amount from others also. I am enclosing the relevant document to provide the authentic proof. Same thing I have confirmed from customer care and they have also confirmed that this is illegal to charge extra amount then 25 Rs with SIM....

Not Recharged

Dear/Sir Madam
I have life time validity RIM, in which Rs 496 voucher is activated for one month STD free. In each month i recharge my no. before expiry date that is. before the end of month. this time also i did the same. i have payed to Rs 496 to the shop but it is not recharged. SHopkeeper handed over me the reciept . My expiry date is passed without recharge. in Customer care it is difficult to contact bcos it is saying no. *333...

I am a prepaid customer of Reliance India mobile network(RIM CDMA) (Mbl No- [protected]), located in IIT Kharagpur. undeu deduction of money from my account

I, have been using relince india mobile since last 4 years, but it is from march 2008 that rim is dedudectin a sum of amoun without informin tha why is the deduction for.every time ther is a massage on my phone that your acount is in use, if you don't have duplicte account please call custmor care . for the last 15 days i have been trying to talk to a cutmor care reprentative but i failed to do so because i call on *369 a busy tone...

i had left Reliance webstore in 2006 july but still Reliance people are frowarding my personal MOB NO i.e of Rim to customers to locate the Web store in my area and customers use to call me anytime to have a info reg webstore .
