Rishton ka sansar is fraud company. Their representatives praveen contact number is[protected].
They make false promises and take money from you. They do not give you plan what they promised. They give basic plan which costs much lesser that what they charged you. This company has fraud employees who are making their personal money by fooling innocent people.

Maine aaj rishton ka sansar ke kai reviews padhe. Padhkar bahut dukh hua. Rishton ka sansar ek bahut hi imaandari ke saath kaam karne wali company hai. Mere parivaar aur jaankari me kai bachchon ke rishte inke madhyam se hue hain. Kisi ko badnam karna achchhi baat nahi hai.

Yadi aapko rishton ka sansar ke reviews dekhne hain to youtube par video dekhe. Vahan par aapko rishton ka sansar ke baare me ekdam genuine reviews milenge.

Inspite of complaining many times with the Rishton ke Sansar .. they are not able to provide the book let even they ask for mediator service.

A money making company only. do not know the customer complaint.

Called approx 4-5 times to dispatch the book let but they do not entertain for same and disconnect the call without acknowledge and taking responsibility

Login site does not work often, for which creates a lot of problems while performing searches. While searching, it abruptly displays message"sorry, page not found." this happens a lot especially during weekends, rendering the site useless. No improvements have been made even after complaining on several occasions. I am certainly not getting my money's worth of service from the said company.

I am very annoyed with the services provided by them, their team member Mr. Pramod knows everytime make false commitments.

I have made registration in this month and as per him, my advertisement must be published in this 15th News letter, but it not been done by them.

More important this site is not working. I have paid Rs 2500/- third time and getting worst service again and again. I request them to refund my fees.

Kindly contact them for refunding my fees.

Rishton Ka Sansar is totally Fraud Matrimonial Site, they have totally fraud employees & director also fraud.
I take membership of this site with rs 3600/- from Pranav, he makes some benefits like
he publish my ad in news paper (i all have emails proof) but he is not actual publish.
After that when i call or Publish ad into newspaper, he argue & says, we only publish ads only those which income is exceeding 10 lac. but these type of statement not seen in that mail which i sent by this man.

After so much arguments, he says that he is publish my ad in dainik jagran, which is not actually published on specific date.

And which brides bio data sent they are fake.which is copy from shaadi.com

So, every and each person are totally fraud, there office in Meerut.

No one take these type of membership from these type of Fraud sites.

I was registered in rishton ka sansar (Matrimonial site) as a free user approx 2 yr ago; even last year i had taken 6 months paid membership; they immediately presented my profile with my photos and my personal details as given my me.In profile my & my father's mobile numbers are registered.

Even after paid membership period gone their executives keep following me & my father via phone to take new paid membership; and text messages are sent at regular basis even after requesting not to do the phone or sms/mails. Mainly they followed my father over phone after completion of paid membership several times while my father denied to do the same & asked not to call again for that matter.

Last week i decided to remove my profile from this public/social site, but there is no option to remove/delete or even hide the profile. Also i tried to destroy the contents of my profile via profile editing option but i could only delete my photos and most of the personal details could not be edited in this public matrimonial site; that is offence in line with customer personal information are shown in public website even customer don't want to display its private information to the public.

Also i called to customer care contact number (+91-[protected]) on 10.06.2015 requesting to remove my profile on urgent basis due to some circumstances as i don't want to display my profile on public website & executive (Ms. Preeti - mob: +91-[protected]) agreed to delete my profile that time.

But when i checked the site yesterday night, my profile was not been removed from the site & that was public to everyone. I called to contact no. Given on site ([protected]) two times but call was not picked up. Then i called to ms. Preeti to ask why the my profile has not been removed - she answered i have forwarded your request & it will take some days; very irritating reply - its not a government organisation or any passport/license issuing industry that it will take time to only delete or even hide the profile to public; its not a very big matrimonial site its a small site with some employees working in 2-3 rooms office; but their attitude is like that they are the no. 1 matrimonial site.

Even i called to ms. Pooja (+91-[protected]) - sr. Customer executive (I was registered as paid membership through ms. Pooja & she was my personal relationship executive for communication), but no positive response i got.

I requested to both (Pooja & preeti) to provide me the contact number of rks owner or any senior management so that i could discuss the matter with them but they denied to give the number.

Even when i said to them that i will made complaint against you & take legal action - they replied - as you wish, we doesn't matter.

So i am fully helpless and my personal information are displaying in a public website while i don't want to expose my public information now and there is no option to delete/remove/hide or even edit most of the personal contents in the website in comparison to other public websites like bharat matrimony, shaadi.com, jeevansaathi.com, simplymarry.com, facebook, orkut, linked in etc where the customer can delete/hide or edit its profile at any time.

Finally i request you to check the legal requirement for such public website with respect to remove/delete/hide/edit the personal information of customer by itself any time on urgent basis.

I have registered a membership and at the time of registering they told me that many of the profiles are interested in yours but now they are saying that they lost all the data related to me or my profile. Now I want to cancel my registration from that company so they told me that it is not possible. But according to company terms and conditions that they will return 50% of registration amount which is also mention in his website in Terms and Conditions I want to complaint against Mr Shubham Jaiswal and Mr Sharmaji(In A/c department).
