I had requested to close my Upstox demat account & I received a link of procedure to close the same.
But the Third step ‘Select a reason to close account’, the tab isn’t working & unable to select or type my reason.
I’d chatted with online support, but he needs the closure reason via same procedure only.
Point is while onboarding a new customer they’ll do their work proactively.

Rksv securities india pvt ltd in bangalore branch. They did worst experience in my life. They given loss of my all investments. That company staff's are ms. Santhiya and ms. Agens were did bad commitments and worst customer service. They are not consider peoples money value.. So, peoples don't trade with them.....
