I am order redmi note 7 pro 13500 rs delivery april 12th but rm digital hub this company courier in itel mobile send my amt not refund i complained regarding this to them they said that they will refund my money till 26th april but now there phones are switched off.. No response this fake company please help me my amount refund please any one help me

I have ordered redmi note 7pro which was of 13k but jia sharma named girl mssged me and said that i should pay booking amount to her via paytm and then rest of 12500 rs after delivery. So on that day i have received one chinese phone itel a44 which is of 5600.. I complained regarding this to them they said that they will refund my money till 20th april but now there phones are switched off.. I want to get refund my money as early as possible......
