Last year one male person called me from rnq solutions and said they offer me a online job like a form filling so I said yes. He don't explained much about the job.They asked a ID proof of mine so I sent it. They send me the mail and he called me and said forword the mail in the spam folder to him so I just forwarded. They said one person will call from rnq solution regarding verification so say yes to the following questions and now am asking the questions for practice so I said yes to questions asked by him. After that I have searched about the company in customer complaint portal after only I get to know that it is fraud company so I ignored the job. After that I didn't received any calls from them. Today I got message like 420 case is filed against me. The message contains the contact number so I called the number. One male person picked up the call and said you breached the contract with rnq solutions so the case was Filed . I didn't signed any digital agreement. so i kindly request you to take the necessary action against the issue.

So i thought this is some kind of fake company and i didn't take care of this. I sent complaint to riya who called me for this job to get the link to start my work.
And i haven't got any reply from them and after 2 days i am started getting the call and mails from the lawyer that my case has been camed to him and i has to pay the amount of 5200/- or else i will be in big trouble.
That lawyer is not ready to listen anything from my side also now if i am trying to call the company or anyone no one is receiving my call only once i got the call from helpline, but when i am asking them anything they are telling me to talk to advocate, and advocate is telling to talk to company.

I'm bharath,. Few days back i've applied for rnq solutions company for work,. Later on they explained me about the work,. After listening to that,. I rejected their offer to work,. And from then they are asking me around 30000 to pay penalty amount, and they are threatening me to pay amount with their advocate,. My name is pooja swain.in rnq solutions i was offered part time form filling job.. And i agreed to do the work and i came to know that the company is fraud with the help of consumer complaints.. The address are not real.. So i decided to cancel the agreement. Bt they are asking me to pay money of rs 2.5 lakh. One lady called me and said they are offering a part time job and they asked me for the proof details. I enquired about that company to that lady. She told me that the company was very secure. I applied for data entry jobs on quicker..in the month of october 2019 i got a cal from this company offering online form filling jobs. All the numbers, people and emails they had given is fake they are not working now today on 18 nov 2019 a guy saying that he is from legal dept called me and asking to pay money or else they are going to fail a case against me please resolve this..

I got a call from a guy in the month of october who asked for form filling. They said they will provide 1000 forms and 20rs for each form. They asked for id proof i sent my voter id after that they sent some agreement copy and cal verification details. They provide some helpline number and email i'd both are fake and not reachable.. Today 18 nov 2019 a guy from there legal dept called me asked to pay money are else they are going to file a case against me please help me in this regard.

A few days ago, rnq solutions called me to give me work. They told me to fill 1000 forms online with at 90 % accuracy otherwise they will charge the penaly amount. I did the same. I would have done the work with 98 % accuracy but the qc report stated that my work was failed and i had to pay the penalty. They keep harassing and troubling me. Please tell them to stop it. I joined this work and now they are asking for 14800 i paid now they are asking for 5200 more to stamp i said no they said ull have problems pls do not join such companies and avoid getting stuck in such messes they said that ur name would be spoiled and u will be liable to pay 14000 every month and they are saying that to initiate contract the company paid money so now i have to pay them

I also paid 27470 to this company after they demand more amount 13940.but I didn't pay this amount. The company agent call to me. Agent told take a legal action against to me. If any possible the paid amount reffundable .Please give a suggession ? They didn't provide project work. I didn't do any work this company . I started my work and i submitted but there's showing fake qc fail report and said i need to pay 5200/- penalty. I recently agreed to fill out 1000 forms in 10 days for this company with 90% accuracy. Due to my semester exams, I barely completed it and after submitting, they said that my work is below 90% accurate. They threatened me to pay Rs. 8500 for maintenance charges and I paid it.

I searched google about this company. Then i came to know that it is a fraud company. After that i didn't accept any calls from them and i didn't started doing the work. All calls are from gujarat based one.
Then on 2nd nov, i got a mail from advocate associate that if i didn't continue on work they will take legal actions aganist me. I humblly request consumer fourm to help me to get rid of this. Please help me.

Few days ago i applied for a work from home job on quickr.com then i got call from this company called "rnq solutions" they asked me to agree on legal agreement and i did the same. Same day i checked on internet whether said company is genuine or not, i realized that it is a fake company and many people complained on them. Then i replied them on mail that i don't want to work with their company. Today i got call from them that they are going to file a case against me in case i didn't complete data entry job within timeline and have to pay 60000 inr as a penalty. They are threatening me now. On 22nd october, 2019 one boy ajay kumar called me from rnq company and offered me to do the form filling job. I asked him the proper address and details of the company but he first told me to take picture of my id proof and then whatsap him, i thought they will give me the company details but later i received mail (Photo of legal agreement, acceptance letter and voice recording) and call verification from rnq solutions. I also have asked them to show demo work, they gave me the form which was actually filled with foreign named, street, gmail address etc. Those demos are looking fishy. They offered me to fill 1000 forms (Cut of form 900) in 10 days, per form 20rs. If there is no 90% accuracy then they will charge me the amount of 5200 rs.
Today, 23rd october, 2019 i came to know about the consumer forum site, so i launch this complain against that fraudulent company. As the company has no accurate address, proforma and the so called legal documents, acceptance copy are not not having my signature.
Am attaching all those phone nos. And mail screen shot as a proof. I request the consumer forum to take the legal step against the fake company and i'am not gonna accept further call or mail from that company.

I initally agreed to work only on phone. She then asked for aadhar proof. After taking that, she asked to click on a link in my mail, which i received in spam. Then i got a call from [protected]. They then send a legal document dated[protected]. Having seen this discrepancy i chose not to accept it. Also they were asking us to pay in advance to get the job. I did not sign neither did i receive any offer regarding it.
Now suddenly after one month the call saying that legal proceeding shall be initiated against me for not doing the job. Threatening me that i will not be able to get any job neither can i live peacefully.
These are the numbers i received calls from [protected] (Adv rupesh - truecaller) and [protected] (Jayesh - truecaller) they were threatening me and asked rs12500 initially. Having faced something like this the first time, i was scared and paid. Again they call me saying i have to pay more in order for the case to be dismissed. That is when i disscussed this with others and realized that i was duped.
All the calls i recieved show locality as gujrat.
