I bought a water purefier named as nexus dezire saying that its a aqua brand water purefier in september last year. Later i came to know that its a self assembled local water purefier. It is still under warrenty. I called him for the servicing. He said ok sir i am sending someone but no one turned up till evening then again i called him next day again he said same words but no one came for the servicing nor i got any response but now i have...

Sir,
Inspite of repeated complaint for service to my water purifier,there has been no response yest. I have filed three compalintsfrom 16th August20013 No 72678940, 19th Aug 72721536, 21st Aug 72742770 .
Are we fools to go into AMC by the company so that we have to run behind them
throughout the year to give us service for money. Very sorry state of affairs. i regret buying an RO from Eureka Forbes.
We have small children at home...

I have purchased a RO water purifier from Eureka forbes and they are delivererd the item after 20 day and which is differ from they shown the model the time of booking and also charged the ammount of connecting tube without billing, and after that they are not attending the complaint

I bought a Eureka Forbes RO water Purifier nearly 1 months back. They had mentioned at the time of sales that they provide the best service to the customer. This equipment costs nearly 14, 000 Rs and they claim that this is the best water purifier system combined with best service.
