Was told many times my refund was being sent than told many times payment system is down.
They keep repeating the same thing over and over again like a robot.
It's been over a year and now blocking my emails from being sent to find out why I have not received my refund yet.
Last time I had gotten email from them was in May this year again about the payment system and to be patient.
I had contacted my credit card...

I bought 3 miracle sponges since august 16th, 2020. I never received the product. I never had an answer for the company...

I ordered 3 sets of Miracle Lids - Order # 3E5FBF9F20 purchased August 18, 2020, was NEVER received (as of 3/2/21) and CANCELLED OCTOBER 29, 2020.

I continually emailed them on my order and they keep telling me it will be shipped soon. Finally, after 60 days, I asked them to cancel my order & return my money of $29.93(2 charged of $23.94 + $5.99 on 8/18/20).

They confirmed order Cancelled and they would refund...

Ordered 3 Clip Cord Lightning from Rockett Commerce on 29 June 2020 and after a few emails and false replies that the product is on its way I’m still waiting after seven months. When I complained that I will report as a scam operation, they replied that they have a long standing legitimate business. I believe I will never get my money back but hope no other person falls prey to their lies and deception....

Have many emails with Rocket Commerce and their shipping company, Parcel Go, and made many phone calls to get the order I placed on August 20th. I have since cancelled the order and have not received my refund yet either. And this is going on over a month now. So, now I’m wondering with all that’s being said that rocket commerce is a scam, does that mean their shipping company is too!? Just want my refund and to never deal with this incompetent...

She will research my complaint and call me back 11/5. I informed her that I had just filed a dispute with my credit card company. She said that she is hoping to resend the product. I order in the first part of August have contacted them since this is end of October still no merchandise!!!...

I have ordered their lid covers on August 3, 2020. Still have not received my order. I called[protected] to find out when my order would be delivered. I was told 10-12 days. its been 3 weeks....

Ordered miracle lids on 29/07/20 and to date (15/10/20) still not received despite emails assuring me that they are “100%” on the way?
Was told they can’t refund as they have a problem with the machines which process payment...how convenient that they manage to work to accept payments???!!!
And now they have stopped responding to my emails as I have demanded refund...won’t hold my breath.
I find it despicable...

On July 4, 2020, I ordered Miracle Lids, Buy 2 Get One Free, for $23.94. I received an Order Confirmation the same day. On July 14th, I received a Shipping Confirmation with a tracking number (which I was unable to track). I emailed them on August 21st telling them of my order on July 4th and that the tracking # could not be tracked. They emailed me right back with a valid tracking #. I watched the progress until it said the lids were delivered...

Ordered miracle lids from rocket commerce on 07/08/2020 (#976cae192e). For $31.93.
Never arrived. All attempts to contact have failed.
Scamed....

On 7/12/20 ordered phone cords they automatically charged me 19.94 + 9.99 for what I don’t know what for out of my bank and on7/20/20 I ordered some silicon libs from same company for 23.94 that automatically came out out of my bank..did not receive any confirmation e-mails for either one and have not received either as of 7/19/20..have tried contacting this company and of course no phone number to be found..I thought because of COVID -19...

Purchased miracle wrap on 8/15/2020 and submitted payment of $20.91.
No update on shipping of items. No reply to inquiries....

I am completely livid that money has been taken from me for something that has not appeared.

I placed an order by in july 2020 and i was charged two time for 19.94 and 9.96 out of my bank account. I wantbeither the cables or my money back...

Took 3 months to receive product, not happy with product, want to return. Upon calling the company message states mailbox is full. Unable to find email address for customer service....

Ordered on 7/4.Got a confirmation saying they were getting the order ready to be shipped and they will notify me when it was sent . I never got a notification. Yes they took out $11.97 from my account on 7/6/2020 but as of 8/1/2020 i have still not received my product....
