I receive an email then saying that my order was confirmed, but never got an email or a phone number where to write or call them.Never recieved the product and never got a refund. The email was from @rockettcommerce.com. In that email they said that my order was getting ready to be shipped and that they would notify when it was sent. I ordered x 3 Clip Cords on 29 June 2020 Order No. 4D551371FB from Rockett Commerce, but never received. Sent email 4 September but only got a reply that my order is on the way and to track with shipping no: #LX[protected]CN. Support at Rockett Commerce was no help and still have not received product.

Placed an order for one set of the lids on july 12. It is september l7 and i have yet to receive anything! According to complaints, this is a scam. I will be contacting my credit card to be reimbursed!...

Ordered in july still waiting for product and i spent £50...

On[protected], i ordered multiple magic lids for a total of $43.87 that was charged to my credit card. I immediately cancelled the order since they charged me $9.99 s & h when the ad stated it was free. When the lids were received on[protected], i immediately took them to the ups and returned them unopened. I received an email on[protected] stating they had received them back and to this date, they have not put the credit back on my credit...

How do I track SF[protected]? What delivery company?...

Bought lids for 9.95 after my payment went through they added a 7.99 charge for delivery, although it was advertised as free. No confirmation, or communication to my email although details were given. Ordered in may. Never received....

I ordered these miracle lids on June 29, 2020 and have not received them as of July 20, 2020. I received a message saying they had been shipped on July 8, 2020 with a tracking number. Looks like a phony number, could not find it on USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Sent them an e-mail asking about that and got a reply that it tales up to 1 week for a reply. Now cannot find Rockettcommerce on internet. This company needs to be investigated. It appears...

My order has never been sent, nor the tracking email I was supposed to receive. This # below is all I received. I paid by mastercard and I will definitely not be supplying that number here. I will be posting on Facebook to warn people about this fraud.

Back in january 2020 i paid for these magic lids. Buy 2 get one free from this company. Product never rec'd. Have written to the company when i could, to be told it was delayed. I have an order no. Rcnq14006 from them acknowledging my purchase but the constant delays have lead me to believe this was a scam. They even sent me a shipping number which must also be a scam. They wrote back to me the shipping is usually 10-25 days, don't worry...
