i have purchased my mahindra rodeo 2 years back. nowdays it gives very poor milege one litre petrol gives only 8 kms milage . in this service already i complained but they are not response to me and still the milage problem is not rectified .in every service i am complanint about this but they are telling--- ok ---now it is rectified but it is not true . now what can i do about this problem . And i want to file a case in consumer court...

The mahindra scooter (Rodeo) that i purchased on 6/10/2011 from SBG MOTOR SERVICES, started having technical breakdowns within just two weeks of its purchase. The bike came in with a faulty digital speedometer and a very tight kick start that cannot be kicked easily even by the Mahindra technicians. The handlebar and suspension rod in the front were not fitted properly in the new veicle due to which i met with a serious accident as the bike...
