Dear Team,

My father had invested 20, 000 in the FD at roofit industries in 06/11/2001 for the period of 36 amount. FD RECEIPT 23212 and maturity date was 09/10/2004.

After maturity date my father has tried to connect with company regarding the investment valaue but company has refussed to pay stating insolvency.

My father was not literate to complaint at consumer forum or file a case against...

I have deposited ₹10, 000 in your company but till not received any maturity or communication for the same.

My self Nilam Nanavaty was holding Fix Deposit no. 60859 dtd 18 nov 2000 for rs 10000 jointly with Valmik nanavaty. The deposit matures on 17 nov 2003 for rs. 15410 and the duly discharged receipt was submitted to the company on 13 th nov 2003 by register AD.

Till date we have not received the proceeds.
We are senior citizen and in dire need of money. So please send the proceeds urgently to avoid further action....

My FDR for rs.16000 falling due on 18/7/2003 and fdr for rs 15000 due on 8/10/2003 remains unpaid. my late husband did lots of follow up but no result. will some one catch those promoters for cheating and misappropriation of hard earned funds?...

I baboorao khoosal kanjee am owning a fixed deposit fdr no.0009155, folio no:0014486. An amount of rs. 50000 dated 03/08/2000 for 36 months. My present address is b/4 alpa row house, w/i lila vihar soc, cause way road, tarwadi, surat-395009, gujarat, india.

I have sent you a reciept of redemption at year 2003. Till now we have not recieved the principal and interest.

We have two fixed deposits of Rs. 15000 and Rs. 5000/ respectively. Details of both the FDRs have been given as below. .

1) FDR No- 22554 of Rs.5000, dated 12/10/2001 and its due date was 11/10/2002. (Holder are- B.K.Vimawala, Ushaben B.Gheewala, and Deepak B.Gheewala)


2) FDR No- ******* (previous FDR - No was 12604 of Rs.15000) dated 27/10/2001 and its due date was 26/10/2002....
