I am a consumer of Roorkee gas service Roorkee.when i went to agency for booking my DBC,they were not booking,when I request them then they charged Rs 1900/-, while the cost of DBC is1250+344.50=1594.50 only.they were forcing me for purchasing theApron.while it is not compulsury according to government o[censored]ttarakhand.with this behaviour of employers was very bad.if you got this mail,...
