I purchased 1 bed with side table and clock from royal oak Faridabad store. The bed was not installed properly and there are scratches and mica chip off. The same I conveyed to the store manager but he refuses to help. I called their customer care they also denied any help. Bed cost is 40000. And it is just lying in my room.
Secondly I purchased a clock worth 2300 but they sent me a different defective clock worth 1999. Again no refund...

The product I have received is very different in colour to what it shows on the website. I informed the same to your customer care via call and their response was very unsatisfactory. I am extremely unhappy after discussing with the customer care as they were blaming me and not accepting that something has gone wrong from company's side.

Now I want you return the product and get refund for the same. But the company is not responding...

I have made a TV Unit (Order number: ROY0073364) on royaloak online site on 4th Oct 2020. It was supposed to be delivered on 18th October 2020. I didn't receive any delivery or update on delay. I had to reach customer support multiples times where there is no assurance of proper date and just keep on postponing by saying the stock will be coming every next week. No clear answer after calling them

The 72 hour deadline is over and no clarity on the installation....

I ordered a product from royal oak furniture company and paid the whole bill amount online. But soon after i ordered, i wanted to cancel the product.
Now there is no customer service and no option to cancel the product on the website.
I am requesting a refund for the product.

I made a order for office chair and table on may 25, 2020 for the value of 10744.50. The product has not yet been shipped or delivered. Their customer care is not answering the calls. No proper anwer via social media. Lots of delivery issues while checking their facebook page.
