i have noticed that huge bribe system is going on in moosarambagh rta office such as a syndicate of agents sorrounded rta office is eyeing people like hungry eagles to eat them out. when you take a slip if ou approach through agent it is marked as small signature on the slip but if you approach directly then it is not marked. to appl for a license govt. fees is less but agents charging about rs. 2000 and distributing...
