They first call you on the pretext of servicing/repairing your existing water filter and they try n sell you one of their rubicon brand. I am still waiting for my Philips water purifier to be returned to me till date from 22 weeks now.
I gave it for repairs from 30th Sept. 2014. Out of frustration, I bought a new one from croma. Rubicon still has not returned my machine....

phillips purifier repairs no update

Technician has not followed up with the repair status from 30th Sept 2014 till Oct 16th 2014 where I called him and he did not call back nor did he pick up my calls post that time. I then spoke to the call centre and, adviced them to return my product in same state. I then, took a decision and purchased a new water purifier due to lack of trust in this company. Now it seems he started to work...

Regarding servicing contract forAquagaur with a company called Rubicon, hav got worst experience ever.
It is hard to digest that consistently thrice it has happened that a technician come for servicing, tires to fix something ( which he is not successful at ) and damages some other part of the machine and they act clueless to th fact hw it has happened. These are not really trained technicians just cheap labor. Company is fraud. First...
