Complaint against S. K. Enterprise

Hi, Dear All,
S.K. Enterprises are fraud service companies.
1-day call on the toll-free number for my Fridge service which is not cooling properly. The guy said I will send a technician to resolve the problem, He came the same day and take fridge part with him and take Rs. 4000 in advance & told us we will come tomorrow and fit it again. He come the next day and fix the part in the fridge then he took Rs. 4500 for the entire service and part charges, but he does not give any bill of that service & part charges. And he told us the fridge will start cooling after 24 hours, now last 4 days we are calling him he is not responding only. Today 27th March 2022. I and 1 of my friends went to his service station at Borivali East but the shocking news is that there is nothing. No office no service station. That building people told us they are fraud and lots of people came here with their complaint.
So guys plz don’t call this Tool-free number[protected] His name is Amit Rawat -[protected] & [protected] this is numbers.

Not giving phone
I have purchased a phone of HUAWEI company model number is C2900i & esm number is 0FD08A9F. The mike of the phone was not working. So, I submitted it at the S.K. enterprises, office 102, Ist floor, allied house, Inderlok, New Delhi- 110035. phone number[protected] on date[protected]. The job sheet number is 071509/174.
When I again gone to collect the phone, they said the body of the phone is broken by their technician and they will repair it and told me to wait for few days. But after that I am visiting there office again & again but they are not entertaining me well. And not doing anything regard my cell phone. My phone is still with them.
I am vipin kansal R/o A-2/33A, keshavpuram, New Delhi. kindly help me to get my phone back in a well working conditon and please take some actions against them so that they can not repeat same things to the other people.

1 - Not giving phone
I have purchased a phone of HUAWEI company...1
In 2003, Amit Rawat graduated at the bottom of his class in Govind Ballabh Pant University, Pauri and been cheating companies ever since. Amit Rawat is a FRAUD AND A PERVERT who sexually harasses people and exposes himself in front of other people. He accepts bribes for candidates and employees. His resume has more holes than Swiss cheese. Verify everything twice before you hire this disaster, twice. Amit Rawat can't control his anger and he shouts like a street pig. Obviously, his parents didn't teach him manners. There are more serious character flaws with this person. Amit Rawat is a pathological liar and he sexually harasses people. He was obviously not raised properly. I blame his parents for his problems.
There is something seriously wrong with Amit Rawat. He is the most incompetent person we have worked with. He's truly perverted and he should have never been hired for this position. He's basically a pig who represents everything that is wrong with his people.
