As part Kent water servicing I called only Kent service center only, these guys came for serving they said filters have to replace, your warranty has been over, now you have to purchased filters suppose if you take AMC it will cover these filters also I though it's good take AMC and they also pushing for AMC very tactfully,
I have taken two years AMC for Kent water purifier, while taking AMC the filters which were replaced those filters...

On may 7th 2017 paid amc for my kent grand plus, after technician provided what will be covered under amc, like every 3 months filter cleaning and two times all filter changes within 2 years. First filters changed on 7th itself when i paid amc, after running for 5 months it stopped filtering water, so i rang the technician number as the number provided on amc slip not working, he told will be turning up in 2 days and confirmed my amc details,...

On 2nd october 2017, i made a call to this company and their person mr. Ravi, came and offered the amc for my zero b ro system.

He changed half the filters and said he would come back and complete the rest of the work the next morning as he didnt have the balance filters with him. I paid an amount of rs.7, 800/- towards a two year amc with their company.

He didn't come back after that and all my numerous calls...

On 29th may i complained about my kent ro not working, two service personnel from the above mentioned company came and changed a part and charged rs. 850. The ro stopped working again after 2 days and another person came from kent and said that the part changed on 29th is a duplicate part and needed to be replaced again.
