I have booked a package of videography and photography of my marriage in 30000 in 2015 march. 19th may was my marriage date and till date the lab has not provided my marriage videos. After taking so many followups since my marrige .
I have paid more than 65% of amount (21000). After multiple followups with them they are saying they dont have videos of my marrige, they have lost it.
