I had opened a recurrent deposit scheme which has been completed a two month back. Now they are saying that your branch has to be merged with gurgaon branch and then only the payment shall be made. I submitted 60, 000 rupees for fix deposit for 18 months tenure on 11/12/2015. It scheduled to mature on 11/06/2017. I went to the local office at ghoda chouraha kota rajasthan to withdraw my payment but they refused it by saying that there is no payment & i have to renew the policy.
