I complained about cooling. I agree that some cleaning was done after a long argument by me but the agent initially said both cleaning and filling gas was not necessary inspite of both the requirement. I know the difference in cooling that reduced drastically because of gas leak. Sanyo brand business model is designed in such a way, that you can purchase the original product from any e-commerce platform but accessories are not available. If you want accessories, then they will charge technician fees on top of accessory item fees. Thus they can extract unnecessary technician fee for any accessory delivery.

I had purchased a TV of Sanyo from Amazon on February 2021 and it has multiple problems. The screen is dusty, the HDMI ports do not work and there are a few more.
I have informed the company about this but to no avail. They want to repair it, but why should I take a TV not even a year old in repaired condition. I want replacement.

I had purchased a Sanyo Split AC on 17 Mar 2021. On 16 Jul 2021 I lodged a complaint as the same AC was not cooling. This incidentally was the second time the same thing had happened. A Job ID of R[protected] was registered online on the WhatsApp of Aircon. I got a call from +[protected] stating that the complaint will be acted upon shortly. The service engineer visited after repeated reminders on 18/19 Jul and stated that the Cooling Unit was defective and needed to be replaced. As the AC was just 4 months old it was on Warranty. Thereafter I rang up +[protected], the number I had got a call from earlier and stated explained the whole problem. I also requested that the complete indoor unit of the AC be changed as it was the second time there was this complaint. (The first time the service engineer had just stated that filters needed cleaning). However the lady at the other end of the line stated that the complete indoor unit will not be changed as the company would only replace the defective cooling unit. I accepted that as I had no choice. I went on checking on the Aircon WhatsApp number frequently and got to know on 22 Jul 2021that the complaint has been closed. I re-registered the complaint on 22 Jul 2021 and a fresh Job ID of R[protected] was registered. However since then till today, the AC has not yet been repaired. I have rung up +[protected] daily since 19 Jul but the lady went on stating that 'Sir, the part is enroute and the AC will be repaired by EID'. Eid came and went and I again started ringing up for the repair, but to no avail. On repeated asking for putting me through to a senior operator, which the lady was NOT doing initially, she finally gave me a number of Mr Aftab ([protected]) on Tuesday 27 Jul 21. He spoke to me at 7:40pm on 27 Jul and promised that the AC would be repaired postively in 24hours. When that didn't happen, I rang him up again on 28 Jul and he stated that the part would reach on 29 Jul and the AC would be repaired by 2 pm on 29 Jul. Since the moring of 29 Jul (ie. today) I have been trying to speak to Mr Aftab but my calls are either cut or are left unanswered. The lady on tele no +[protected] tells me that the part has still not been received by them and hopefully would be coming by evening. It has been over 2 weeks since my new AC has been defective and SANYO has been just punishing me for my patience. I desire that SANYO replaces the defective AC completely within 48 hours.

I bought a sanyo ac last year it was stop giving the appropriate cooling after the 2 months of purchase. When i registered a complaint no action had been taken. The customer care executive provide me the number of area manager and owner of the nearest service center. I
Tried both the numbers but they didn't pick my phone. Then again i called the customer care and they connected the area manager over the call. The lady rebina said sir you didn't call me. She is such a big lier. She said sir call me seperately and i will resolve the problem. When i called her she told tme that the gas team will. Reach by today evening but no one has come or even noone had contacted me. When i call again to her in the morning she said the team will reach you before afternoon again no luck. When i called again she said the team will reach you in 2nd half but again no one had come. Then i call again in the evening but she didn't pick my call. When i call her in the morning she said i will give you an update in few mins but she didn't call back and when i call again after an hour she didn't pick my phone i tried again to call her and she disconnected the call and send me a message that sorry i am busy call back later. Then i call the customer care but they didn't help me they said please take the number of the sanyo head and call him. What the # why should i call him? Again when i call to the head of sanyo he didn't pick the call. Chutiya hai saale

Because i have already compressor stand and water pipe this guy is asked installation charges of stand is rs. 350/-
And it's behaviour also unprofessional and then i called service centre she ask no charge of stand installation and give me number of manager of this installation person
But this manager can't received my call and he cut it my phone and also installation person can't receive my call
Can anyone help me about this? Otherwise i returned this item

I have a Sanyo 8 kg fully automatic washing machine about 4 years old. It has not been working for the last 8 months. I must have made at least 50 calls to their local service centre and their regional manager service Mr. Ganguly in the past few months, seeking repair of the item. However, other than a serivice engineer making a couple of visits, the washing machine remains defective. It is regretable that a reputed company such as Sanyo is indulging in such activities and not repairing a reasonably expensive product in spite of repeated complaints.

Hi,
Problem with washing machine: Function button on my Sanyo washing machine not working.
What all did I do?
1. I called up Ezone koramangala first to get the number where I can register service request for my washing machine problem.
2. Called that number a registered my request. Nobody turned up for 2 days.
3. Called up again. They said they can’t come on weekdays they will send someone on weekend in the morning.
4. Nobody turned up till 12noon. I call them up again. They gave me a name of the person who is gonna come I some time. Whole weekend I stayed at home. Nobody turned up.
5. I call them up again on Monday. I spoke to someone by name Arvind. First he started by saying something like not many requests where there and all. When I asked why I was not informed and all. He started arguing. By the end of it, he actually says that he never said that someone was coming on that day. When I asked him why is he lying? As I even have the name of the service engg. He got angry on me saying how dare I call him a liar. I also got angry and kept the phone.
6. After lot of searching over internet, I got this toll-free number of their service centre. I called them up and told the whole story. She didn’t seem interested. She told me I should have called the toll free number in the first place. As I don’t have a complaint number she can’t do anything.
7. So I registered a new complaint on 2 Nov 2010.

8. Till one month nobody bothered to call. One day some guy called and said he will come next day (week end). One more wasted weekend at home and nobody turned up.
9. Again I call up the toll free number. She keeps me on hold for 10 mins. I cut the call and call her back again after some time. To which she says. Her manager is not there at office, and I need to talk to him. I was furious by now, I told her to take my number and ask the manager to call me. They a week’s time to fix my machine. Otherwise I will register a consumer complaint. This happened last week.
10. It already 1 week today. (16/10/2010). Nothing has happened. Nobody called. I thought before I register a complain I should call one more time. I call the same number. She says the matter has been transferred to manager and she can’t do anything. She will give me his mobile number and I need to talk to him as he is not there in office again. I said why should I call him on his mobile? As she the point of contact to register complaints. She said she cannot do anything about it again. When I told her, that I will go head and register consumer complaint as I had told. She told me, it’s my wish; I can go ahead and do whatever I want to!
This is just atrocious behavior on their part. They are just not ready to service my washing machine as it is still under warranty. Please take care of this issue. Advice me on what I should do.

SANYO Service Center
I have a very bad experience dealing with Sanyo service center. I had taken a washing machine from Great eastern Kolkata, and when I applied for a service in one of the service center, I found this very irritating. It’s almost 2 months back I raise a request to change the washing machine NOBE. but I didn't get any response, every week I give them a call, and they say, that it will be changed within 1/2 days.
