Ordered online soft silk saree and collected item cod ₹1, 800 onn15/2/19. Supplied totally inferior quality & also fully different from displayed online. Totally cheated. Their contact no. Not reachable. No response to my emails. Looks like fraudulent company &! Deserves tobe investigated by police for cheating public. Clueless how to proceed further...

I purchased a sari from this site and when I received my order it's different from my order now I want to return it but they didn't respond my calls and msgs. There is no return option available on their site too. I am highly disappointed. Totally fake and non trustable site.

I had ordered a sari costing rs. 1550 from this website seeing an ad on facebook. When i received the sari it was some other sari which was not the same color or quality than the one that i had ordered. They fool the public by showing beautiful saris in their website and when you place the order they send poor quality substandard saris. I don't think they even indicate out of stock items. So you can place order of even out of stock items...

I have placed this order recently and delivered yesterday. Unfortunately they are not as promised in the picture either color or material which is highly disappointing and its sounds like cheating the people for the money. This order has three sarees 5050 rupees is charged. I need someone to initiate the return order of this and refund my money immediately.

I have ordered a saree online. The product displayed in the website and the product delivered is entirely different. The quality of the product is very poor.
The amount they charged was 1399 + 50 as delivery charges. There was only cash on delivery option. But no return request option in their website. Contacted them through email but no response....

I have booked a saree on 5th dec 2018 in
(Website) saribox.com surat gujarat based which is worth of ₹ 1, 500, they only serve cod (Cash on delivry) concept.
In the process they delivered the product through ecom express on 12th dec to me.
So when i opened it... It was completely different quality which i booked.
They are making people fool.

I have ordered a saari having rate 1499/- with shipping charge 50/-from this site. I got an item with wrong color and the material of the sari is different from they explained in site. After getting the item i booked for return of the product. But there is no response from the authorities and they blocked my number. Please do the needfull for taking back there product and refund the cash....

I have ordered saree from saribox. When i received saree it was totally diffedifferent from what they have uploaded pics. The saree send is not even worth 200 rs and they have took rs1499 for this directly saree.
Product uploaded has zari border and the piece received it totally different.

I have seen the advertisement of saribox.com on facebook and ordered a sari code no. Cd-200, white and black silk sari cost as shown was 1499rs. And cod charges 50rs. For this my order id sb[protected]. Saribox.com has confirmed the order, and given the order id through sms.
On 27th sep i have received the above sari through dehlivery currier and paid the amount as agreed rs.1549 only.

I bought yellow silk saree for my mother of ₹1399+₹50 Cod charges. ORDER ID :, SB[protected], PRODUCT ID : SB1039238. form saribox.com on 23Aug 2018. The saree i received was different from the pictures. before my purchase, they told me about 7 days replacement /refund.after receiving the faulty product when i called them about. they told me to call them after 6:00PM AND i did but their phone was unreachable. next day i called them again...

We ordered for saris from saribox.com. Each sari was for 1399 rs + 50 rs as cash on delivery charge (5796 rs). When we opened the delivery, we found the 2 sari we received were wrong sari. There is no customer care number for this website, they can be contacted only on facebook or whatsapp. I had to find a contact number from their website's domain registry..
Now they are asking me to pay for send courier with the wrong items back...
