I booked for two items to pune and visakhapatnam each two items in december, 2014...they delivered only one item very lately and asked for the other they simply show a refund statement of amount so far nothing was refunded.I shall approach consumer court after a wait for some more time...i keep all documents as record to fight against satvikk...

Ordered three items from the website on 12.04.2013. The items were shipped separately and i had received prior e-mail regarding shipping of the items. Of the three items, two received in good condition while the third one was not received.Thereafter i received e-mail completion of the order. In the e-mail the receipt date of the two items were mentioned while against the third item was left blank.

I complained so many times, but they did not take any action. I ordered Dabur honey for me and for my sister on 2nd Jan each pricing Rs.190 and a total of Rs.380 in satvikshop.com (order nos [protected] and [protected]). The product they sent got damaged in Transit which was sent thro' DTDC and hence not delivered to us .When I reported abt this to satvik, they told me not to accept the parcel. So they cancelled the order and told they will be refunding the amt to the credit card bank which I used...

Recently a bought a juice from them and paid online and was waiting for my juice to come.But it never came for around 15 days with 5 days delivery time then i contacted them will email and made aware them of non delivery of my item.Now what they have done is they have deleted my purchase history or order...
