Satyam Indane Gas service is providing LPG pipe forcefully without receipt . It is not acceptable. Accorindly I need my money back . Other wise I will log complain to consumer forum .
If this is under policy I need the policy paper .Also without receipt how service provider selling the same

I am Chaitali Chatterjee as per my voter id card which had been recorded before my marriage and now I am Chaitali Banerjee since 2005. I do not reside at National park, Naihati since then and I do not require any gas service from Satyam Indane Service, Naihati.
My credentials may have been used fraudulently to create the consumer id as [protected], delivery address being at National Park, Naihati.

My consumer no is 635947. I have received my last refill on 12th Jan'2015 which was delivered on 06th Jan'2015 vide order receipt no [protected]. Now I am trying to book my refill through online or mobile but the booking process is not carrying out. IVRS system response that "Your booking is already exist in IVRS System. Your Booking No. is [protected] and Booking Date is 06 Jan, 2015 00:00:00" but I have not done such booking and I dont received...

I am a regular consumer of M/s, Satyam Indane Service, 93, Jan Md. Road, Shop No.5, Naihati, North 24-Parganas, Pin Code-743165, West Bengal and having my consumer No-NH07660.
I was booked for gas cylinder through on line booking system on 03.12.2014 with having a reference no : 737567 but the same has not been delivered till date physically but your online booking system says that cylinder was delivered on 26/12/2014.
