Sbi cards is charging unneccesary amount and when asking for the details they are not providing any details, customer support executives are calling and talking in abusive manners.
I was given the card saying that this is a lifetime free credit card but every month they are charging huge amount, their managers as well as customer support executives are the worst people.

Dear sir i have 1 sbi credit card no. [protected] which i dont know how but some one misused it on 15/10/2017 for rs. 58, 800/- with 07 different transactions at a same time, i have lodge a complaint in west bengal uttarpara police station vide fir no. 910/17 dtd 03.11.17, bank is continuously chasing me for payment but i did not spent even a single rupees, then how could i make the payment of such huge amount, please look out the matter...
