I got a welcome gift voucher worth 500 inr from sbi credit card. It had one year validity. The voucher i recieved was invalid. I raised a complaint against invalid voucher for 4 times but the voucher i recieved again and again was invalid. 13 december 2019 was the last validity date of voucher. I used sbi credit card till december 2017, the card number is [protected],
On 2nd january 2018 my card was misused (Online fraud) on the name of shoppaytm paytm
Mumbai, i did not use onetime pass ward at that time and 4 transactions each rs5000/- have
Been done in a mint, i got message rs 20, 000 was spend from my card, i looked into my online
Account found rs2000/- was spend, before transactions...
