I HAD APPLIED FOR SBI SUBH YATRA CARD ON 23RD JUNE 2011 THROUGH IRCTC.RS 552 WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT ON 23RD JUNE, AND I WAS ALLOTED A MEMBERSHIP NO. [protected]. BUT AFTER THAT I RECEIVED NO REPLY FROM THERE SIDE AND IT HAS BEEN 23 DAYS SINCE THEN AND AS YET I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY CREDIT CARD NOR MY MONEY HAS BEEN RETURNED TO MY A/C DESPITE MY REPEATED REMINDERS , I HAVE RECEIVED NO REPLY FROM THERE SIDE SO I REQUEST THAT MATTER SHOULD...

I received letter from SBI that, my shubh yatra card no. along with inshurance policy. in said letter mentioned " pay your outstanding amount witing 90 days after receipt of your card", but outstanding statement for card charges received on 6/01/11 and due date was 7/01/11.???
