Non receipt of bsnl recharge

On 5.3.16 at 22.20 pm and 22.35 pm an amount of rs 150.00 each was debited from my sb a/c [protected] with ur pathirappally br under ref igobpkjdt4and igobpkkeb0 for recharge of bsnl mobile by reload.com
Ref no by bank are[protected] and[protected]

But so far the amount is not credited to the mobile

Kindly recredit the amount...

Unable to withdraw foreign currency through visa card

I was unable to withdraw foreign currency while in srilanka and singapore through atm from your visa state bank classic card.

The above incident has caused me mental, physical and humiliation while i was in abroad. I was left starving even though i had rs.1, 25, 000/- in my account. More over i had made sure before i left from the bank whether i could withdraw foreign currency from abroad, they assured me i could do so.br...

My complaint is that i have taken internet banking from SBT Omallor branch Pathanamthitta before 3 month .And my account has not yet been activated and i cant use this service , SBT cheated me and i made several complaints to SBT Omallor branch they didnt take any action,please take this as my complaint and take necessary action.................
