Back up for Only 3 Hours

As per dealers recommendation , I had purchased Sonic Power box on May 2010. It is giving me Back up of only 3 hours as compared to my earlier Power Box which was for 6 Hours.
I had approached the Dealer, Area Manager of SFand also Mr Mahatre fron SF.But as per them there is no service available in Mumbra.Also they are least bothered about our Complaint . I had purchased the Battery from Kappoor Batterys...
As per dealers recommendation , I had purchased Sonic Power box on May 2010. It is giving me Back up of only 3 hours as compared to my earlier Power Box which was for 6 Hours.

NO RESPONSE FROM DEALER
I BOUGHT ONE SF SONIC POWER BOX BATTERY FROM MONDAL ELECTRO_BATTERY ADD.GOBINDAPUR ,KHASMALLIC,KOLKATA_700144. TEL.24371247,55547493.ON 04-08-09.NOW BATTERY IS NOT WORKING WELL.I COMPLAIN BUT NO RESPONSE.PLEASE HELP....
