I have purchased a product weighing 7.2 kg from Flipkart . Which arrived at the destination on 10 August and since then I am in regular follow up with shadow fax logistics for door delivery but the manager here is demanding money for delivery or else asking me to cancel the order as shadow fax doesn't own a 4 wheeler for delivery of 7.2 kg package. Worst experience with shadow fax logistics...

Every time they are making deduction from my account some time they say shipment lost i am working with them as delivery partner...
