Shadow Fax — Product mismatched

Dear sir,

I gave the product order to your website. Delivery person delivered the product today, but that product no same what I ordered. So I need the product replacement, i already informed your delivery person but did not give any positive reply to me and he didn't pick my phone also.so I need the proper response from your side.

Shadow fax application message me in whatsapp refer your friends and make order them and you get 5000 .i refered and they complete 200 orders above, they not give my referal bonus .

      Shadow Fax — Damage to My LED TV

      Today, I have received my consignment from Bangalore through your courier services and I was handed over a broken lcd tv of mine . Apart from that my tv cabinet is also damaged and refrigerator has been dented from front . Kindly acknowledge the mail .
