I am ordered a smart phone (Vivo v15 pro) thats price on olx is -10500. I ordered the phone on 18/05/19 and that phone is delivered me on 23/07/19 then i payed the courier boy money 10500 succesfully. After check the box the phone is clone of vivo v15 pro (China) version and very low quality product that's market price 2000 to 3000. When i contacted the company manager to say him replace my phone or refund my money the company...

Sir mai ek phone order kiya tha jiska price 10500 tha olx pe 18/07/19 ko wo phone mujhe 23/07/19 ko deliver kiya gaya mai money bhi pay kar diya but, phone mai jo order kiya tha vivo v15 pro... Wo product mere paas nahi aaya tha uska clone copy mere ko deliver kiya gaya.. Jab mai call lagaya company ke owner (Zoheb shaikh) ko replacement/refund ke liye to wo seedha bolta hai na product hum replace karenge na money refund karenge.. Sir please...
