I have ordered for wireless buds and bluetooth headset in sony. But what i received was a jbl low quality wired headset.. Just looking to get a refund of amount spent on the product 1599. As was first time trying to get electronic items online and turned out to a fake product.. Please do let know when the amount is getting refunded and that when the fake product will be taken back.....

I ordered fasttrack combo watch set online worth rs.1399 in cash on delivery mode. But i got duplicate product instead. It is a fraudulent transaction done by the said company. I want to return my shipment and the expenditure reimbursement or get the authentic products at the same cost. The photo image of shipment details are enclosed herewith. Like others on this forum i've also been fooled by duplicate set of watches while claimed to be original fastrack watches, advertisement was posted on instagram mobile app.
There is no way to ask for refund on the website - http://www.mywatchcart.com and as the courier guys don't let us open the parcel to check the product unless we pay the money and they do not take the product return once the parcel is opened.

I have ordered a watch combo offer (Fastrack watches) for 3 watches, pics were uploaded as the original fastrack, however, i have not received the same watches instead upon opening the packet i was totally taken a back with the old and fake fastrack watches.

I ordered 3 watches from a website called Ishtyle.com and got fake watches instead. I paid Rs1500 for the watches and want immediate refund.
The product I was shown was 3 watches, 1 casio and 2 fossil watches.
