It has been more than three weeks still shein company hasnt refund my money back... They have been telling me that the money will be refund as soon as possible but yet the are playing with me and delaying my money. I have aslo given my bank account details.. Since two weeks before.. The item was picked up for return but its been 4 weeks i haven't got my refund.. This company is a scam who fill pockets by hard earned money of people. I repeatedly called these customer support people and they had only one thing to say everyday.. That please find for 3-4 days.. Its processing.. Do u really think one refund takes 4 weeks to appear.. It seems shein doesnt both to resolve customer queries. Its been 15 days, i have been trying to contact them on the order purchased for 5000. Want to book return due to bad quality products.
