Please i need clear information about this...

I got a message from TM-SPDC.UK stating that my mobile No. has won GBP 200, 000.00 in 2009 Shell In't Mobile Draw (PIN # = SPDC-02700) to claim. Also written that to claim, write back through my mail with name and PIN# to Mr. John on [protected]@live.com.
Iam 100% that it is a scam and where to compliment the same to get punish the company and people who cheating?...
