It is to inform you that I have received an SMS on 20th October, which decleared me as the winner of International Mobile Draws in Uk of 200, 000.00 GB Pounds. And directed me to further contact Dr.Philip Roy in his e-mail ID - [protected]@live.com. After writting back to him and following his advices they are asking for 450 GB Pounds for getting the Affidavit of claim and the letter of attestation which they say are required...
