From last 8 days wifi is not working our work is almost pending complaint is not taking as granted...

I am mohit aggarwal, brother of heena aggarwal (Actual subscriber of shengli internet broadband, id: sho_heena) using shengli services from last 5 years. Recently we observed many network issues which we reported in a day of occurrence dated 04th sept 2020. Nobody came to check the connection. We tried to contact the customer care and noticed customer care number is not reachable. We contacted mumbai office and got latest contact details...

Shengli was my original broadband provider, then it was taken over by one broadband.
The broadband is again taken over by shengli.
I paid one broadband for 7mbps per month plan but i am given only 30mbps per month.
I need the speed as i am a software engineer and work from home but they are saying they cannot give me more speed.

I was taken internet connection from shengli telecom for 1 yr and subscription will be ended on 13th july 2020. But since last one month i am facing problems of discontinuity of internet connection several times. Also unavailability of internet for 2-3 days continuously.. Absolutely third class service

during lock down it is immpossible to work without net connection.

Very poor responce from the team in fact no responce at all.

The customer care number of shengli is [protected]. If your internet services are down and you attempt to call them, then from other end never gets responses. But if your payment is due or if it is expiring, we get call from same number to remind.

Moreover, when their internet service is down, then their website also doesn't work, in this situation if we want to contact them to report issue, it is not possible for us to...

My Internet is down since yesterday. No one is answering their helpline number. Tried to contact ppl who had installed it but they r not picking up the call as well. I had paid 4600 including installation and this is a poor service. I want my money to be refunded....

My internet services are down for more than 10 days. Contacted the shengli telecom for more than thrice still the issue has not been resolved. Very disappointing. The company gives fake assurance that the engineer will come by this time that time but its of no use at all. Its very disappointing they take the full money from you don't offer you anything festival offers. But the services are most of the time down....

I have closed my connecteion on 31st, may, but my pack is active till 14 june, they told me, your money will be refunded after 14 june, i waited for a;lmost 1.5 months, still no response. Also during recharge one ammount got debited from my account but, that ammount is not reflected in their portal, so they told me that will be refunded. Since no action has been taken....

I have paid the 1000 rupees while taking new connection in pune Life republic society. and it was assured that 1000 rupees will be refunded at the time of installation and I was discontinued few days back because of moving to another flat.

I have shared my account details 36 days back i.e.., 20Aug to the following mail id [protected]@shenglitelecom.com and also called to customer care number of times but...

My first recharge was not reflecting on their portal as per cc hence i made another recharge next day.
Agent confirmed that 1st recharge will be reversed in 48 hours but now its 20 days.
I have made several calls and sent many mails but these people are rigid.
I got harassed mentally by taking follow-up and spending time calling and drafting mail.
I need reimbursement of my additional recharge along with time spent...

Got my shenglitel connection. And from the day of connection the internet speed was dismal.. And now the internet stopped working since yesterday.. Called many times but got no positive responce.. Pathetic customer care in bhopal.. Hope the issue gets resolved... I opted for broadband coonect and they installed rf instead and now the internet is not working...

The Shengli telecom does not provide a good service to its users. It's been 3 months I am using the wifi but the speed is to slow. To me it was been told that the speed will be 4mbps, but the fact is it is not near 512 kbps also. When I tried to call it's customer care service it was left for hold to 8/9 minutes and later i had a word regarding the connection but my issue was not resolved....

I started new connection with Shengli for 3 months. Its worlds worst company and customer service i have ever seen.
The Internet has been not working at night for more than a month now. Everyday my internet is stopped at 6-7pm and comes automatically in the morning. I have spend more than 1000 Rs caling them on customer care no where i get waiting for 30-40 mins to get through a call and the answer i get is tomorrow it will be done....

Sheng-li telecom is the worst service provider in my area. I got this connection 45 days ago and first 7 days no service. And now since past 6 days there is no service. When a complaint was registered to their helpdesk they keep telling me that someone will visit the site and rectify it but nothing. No response by their engineering department and no one from sales is picking up the call......

Hi, i have been using shengli telecom wifi for a month now out of which i was able to use the service approx 10 days, problem started since the first day where there was only wire installed and no engineer turned up for connection, i called the customer care for atleast 40 time and wasted all my money on call, after which there was a geniune guy from icc cable who came and fixed it, problem doesnt end here there is not even a single day where...

I m using shengli internet facility. Since last 5 days there is no connectivity and when contacted there service desk, they are referring me from one mobile number to another without resolution. Shri Vijay is now not attending to my calls.

I am facing connection Issues(no connectivity) since 3 days, I took my connection on 30th Dec 2015. I have called their customer care on [protected] near 20 times and every time they say we will send an engineer in a hour or the engineer is on its way but that engineer has never showed up till now. They make reasons instead of solving my problem, no proper solution has been given to me till now . I would like you to look into this matter...
