Kerala oil ordered and shipment confirmed on 14th december 2016 confirmation no. Cid97023. Shipment showing send by seller through gopigeon couriers but the item not delivered to me. Tracking details are incomplete. So many times i sent mails to shimply and seller no response received. This is clearly showing shopping fraudi by shimply. They must return the money or to provide the item....

Yesterday evening I placed an order of wheat grass (value pack) using mobile app but I haven't got any acknowledgement where as amount got deducted from my credit card. No one is picking up your customer care number [protected] and mobile application is also not working to raise request.

no any communication from Shimply, either the given number comes busy or no answer, struggling for around 3 hours.

Feels like...

I ordered a book online and paid the amount .order I'd is OD3010 from shimply.com but even after making a number of mails and calls, I neither could get my book nor my money refunded.now 8 months have passed as it was booked on[protected] . Plz help me out....
