I booked a plot in lucknow through an agent (Bipin Tiwari) who was working with shine city associated empoyee (Basarat khan) and they took my 2 lakh rupees and they keep assuring to retun the money or plot, but never provided anything. Later on news came that company director run away to Dubai.
