Booking cancelled due to COVID but money is not refunded by travel agency

I have booked holiday package for Thailand 05.04.2020, Due to COVID pandemic all international travels were banned by Government of India so I requested to travel company for cancellation and refund, company acknowledged my request and but till date now I have not received my refund amount, even though they are not replying my repeated mails and calls .Here I attached the payment detail that has been done by me to travel company....

cancellation of booking due to covid-19

We have done the booking for the month of june 28th which i need to cancell due to covid-19 but company has not sent any reminder not any mails and company has not cancelled the booking.

We need the booking to be cancelled and complete refund to be provided.

We are not getting any resolution from this poor company...

I have booked the trip for date 28th to 4th of may. The trip was canceled due to covid 19 and airlines are ready to refund the amount. So i raised the refund request to the airline but my ticket was booked through shoesonloose team so the airline canceled my refund request and asked me to connect with the travel agent.
Now i am continuously taking follow up from shoesonloose but they are not refunding my amount or asking me to connect...
