Shop.adidas.co.in Complaints & Reviews

So, i made an online purchase of a adidas t-shirt worth 2, 999 from "shop. Adidas.co.in" on 25th sept'19. On the next day i received a mail saying the product is delivered. But i never received the product. I checked with my neighbors too to confirm on the delivery but they didn't receive any such item.
I have been contacting their customer support for more than a month now and yet they have not solved the issue.

I have raised a return request of a product included in order 18999880. It was delayed first by one month and i followed up with customer care multiple time to send someone to pickup the item. Then, after multiple follow ups the item was picked up but i haven't received any email or sms confirmation regarding the pick up of the item. I again called customer care and asked for the update on refund of the item but instead they told me story...
