I have order redmi 3s prime mobile on may 12th on shopazz.com site its worth of amount 8499 rs. I have paid through my netbanking. But they only cancelled my order #105499 and they informed my amount will be refund. More than 25 days gone still i didn't get my amount. Kindly i request u to help me.
