Fraud by giving duplicate product

I saw a skullcandy handsfree on shopclues with same spell as skullcandy . . I have Bill which is provided by Shopclues. . After using it for 2 months it stopped working so I contact Skullcandy team and they told me that it is a duplicate product . . And skullcandy team also gave me the proofs and reasons of it via email. . I contact shopclues for nearly 12 times via Email & call but they give me only reason that I should inform them in...
