I purchased the grandview playset on august 24th and under my order information it been sitting under customs tax declarations since october 25rh. I purchaed this during you summer clearance sale for $130.00.
When will this be sent to me?
I am totally upset as i have been submitting emails for the past 6 months to customer service, an i only received auto generated responses.
Please tell me when i can expect delivery....

I contacted customer care they told they will deliver in 2-3 days.Later order got cancelled and they messaged they will refund 8999.Till now refund was not made. Address shown in website is fake. I have ordered a Mobile handset of Asus zenfone max from shopiwo.com
They have cancelled it saying ur order cancelled & the amount will be refunded in ur account within 2 to 3 days but 15 days pass they didn't refunded me....
