redmi not delivered not refunded

Respected sir,

My self r. Santhosh, [protected], i have ordered redmi 4 mobile on[protected] for an amount of rs. 8499/- vide order no 129516 at shopkaar.com. The payment was made through credit card and the payment was successful and the same was confirmed by the shopkaar through mail (Herewith enclosed for reference) & sms.

Company not dispatched my product or even not sending me tracking no. And their customer...

didn't receive product and also didn't get refund.

I ordered redmi 4a from the online shopping site www.shopkaar.com but it's been 3 week and i didn't receive the product and they didn't even return my ₹5999 which i paid at the time of order.
My order no. Is: 127313. Now even site is not working and there is no way to contact those frauds. Please help me in getting my money back. Pls catch those fraudsters....

I am purchase a mobile phone with order id 124668 on 7th sep, but still now i didn't get any updates or tracking status, its almost 11 days done but product is not received, customer care number also not responding from 6 days, no response for mails, they are cheating on customers, please find that cheater and refund my money, my ph no is [protected], there is so many complaints about that cheating company, please solve the problem...
