Sir i order on shopkaar.com order no-124835, 124971 on date-07.09.2017. But till date my order is not recd & also not refund my amount. Its customer care contact no is not reply first some days they pick calls & tell me ur order dispatch soon but before some days it website is closed and i not contact with him and no any reply from there side. Kindly take a stirct action against it.

I had ordered a mobile phone on dated 07.09.2017 to shopkaar.com. My order no.# 123690. Payment done by debit card. They informed me that product will be delivered within 5-7 working days. It's 18 days over, i did not get the product. I mailed to shopkaar.com many times but they did not response and the web site: www.shopkaar.com is closed. It was cheated with me. I want refund same amount. Please take legal action...

On 07/09/2017, ordered a mobile redmi 4 (Colour: gold - ram + rom: 2gb+16gb) with full payments thru credit card. Got message that the product will be delivered by 5-7 days.

Subsequently i contacted them 09/09/2017 regarding delivery and they said it takes 5-7 days to dispatch the item plus delivery time of 3-4 days.

Now they are nowhere - their website is down. Pls help....

On 10/09/2017 i contacted them - they said it will be delivered within 5-7 days. So far not delivered

I rang them on days even during morning, afternoon, evening and night. The message is all our executives are busy
