I have ordered the phone of brand mi named redmi note 8 pro .
I paid rs.14500 because no cash on delivery available there.
And till today I didn't get my phone even refund is also not received....

I ordered resmi note 8 mobile & I prepaid the amount & product wasn't delivered....

Taken payment of rs 16, 624 for shopype.com, not delivered my mobile even not returned money. Lodged a fir against them....

My self bhaveshkumar jethava i am staying at ahmedabad gujarat.
I am purchase redmi note 8 phone dt from this site but phone is not received and not get any response
Also i am attaching screen shot of the payment...
This is fraud site and now close so, what can i do???
How can get it back. I will be give more details if needed
Kindly help me for recover my amount...

Online fraud

On dated 02.11.2019 about 09.00pm i have ordered for purchase of redmi note 8 mobile phone for rs. 9024/- from shopype.com. The order no. Was 6044. It assured me to deliver it within 08 days. The payment done through google pay (Upi) as company desired. Online. The company has shone order no. And receipt of money in its website. The detail o[censored]pi payment is as under:-

I have ordered a mobile phone redmi note 8 pro on 31st october 2019. Now the site is not working and i am not getting any update for my order. Is shopype a fraud website?
If it's a fraud then plz help me and get my refund back or get my order back. The site is showing host error and not opening. The site's complaint number is also seeming fake.

Order redmi note 8 with order no 1815 . Not not received. Website not working n customer care not working. Help me refund my money urgently. Why these fraud company existing and why not government is not taking action against this company.

Update me where I can approach for legal complaint of this company.

This is totally fraud company...

Did order redmi note 8 pro from the site on 29th Oct 2019, for 15, 499 rs. The payment was done from phonnpay UPI. They confirmed the order and after that I even had talk with customer care and they said that it will be delivered by 7th of Nov, but the site is down from that time and even customer care no is not getting connected.
Need to file complaint against this and need my money refund....

I ordered a redmi note 8 pro at the price of rs 14249 and paid using phonepe on 6th nov 2019. The order was supposed to be delivered within 5 days. Now the company site is not working and i am not able to reach the customer care of company. The site is not working since 11 days. They told me they will be delivering the phone within 5 days. Now i cannot establish any contact with the company. It feels like the company is a scam....

I have ordered two smart phone through this site www.shopype.com on 26/10/2019 and amount was deducted from my account and they asked me to wait till 07/11/2019 due to festive season and holidays to get my products. But from 10/11/2019 the site is not working and there customer service number is also not working. Kindly help me either refund my money or deliver my product....

Koi meri madad karo in dhokhebaaz ko pakane me ye mc log pata nahi kitne garib, masoom logo ko thuge honge main bhi fas gya hu ye website se book karke mera order no. Hai 4375 aur transaction reference no. (P1910310032432545834741) kuchh samay baad mera exam hai board ka aur mere guardian afford nahi kar pa rahe the koi classes to main socha phone se padh lunga par ye fraud log aisa kar diye ki lag rha hai mera career bhi barbaad ho jayega...

I ordered redmi note 8 pro on 1st nov but cancelled the order on 5th nov and after that executive said money will be refund in 72 hours but still haven't received back and both website and contact number is not reachable.
Even this website is created via such known and reputed site named godaddy.com, still the website shopype turned out fraud.
Please do the needful....

I have ordered a mobile phone redmi note 8 on 27 oct 2019. Now the site is not working and i am not getting any update for my order. I called many times but seems fraud. One same person talk always when i called on toll free number. I contacted last in morning on 8 nov 19. He said you receive mobile before 12 pm that day but i did not. I feel this problem was faced by many customers

I have ordered redmi note 8 pro on 6th november, 2019 and on customer care he said that order will be delivered within 3-4 days and now it is 10th november and site is not working also the customer care is not picking up the phones... I have order red me note 8 pro through www.shopype.com on 29th oct 2019 wia phone pe for rs.14724. It's a fake website. Now it's not working nor its phone reachable. As promised they should suppose to deliver phone by 5th nov 2019. Later they denied. By their act we got to know that website is fake and they are cheating people by creating fake website. Payments accepted by phone pe app. May be it's there core job to cheat public. They convenience...

I made a purchase on shopype.com on oct31 after that i just keep calling them they are not responding well about my order like a where the order is and which courier their sending my order even no tracking. Now today i saw the website is now offline and some people also complained about this website and now my money is gone. Pls, do something sir help me, it's not my money....
