I had ordered noise colorfit pro2 watch but i got shoyo normal analog watch plz i want the product which i had ordered actually for. I had paid 1199 rupees to the courier person so please refund my amount or the send the actual product that i had ordered for. They also called for the conformation of the order they said the name of the product as the same i ordered but i got the different priduct...

Actually isaw a ad in tik tok ..a smart watch..which was priced of 1599.. so ive order the watch in cod .I got delivered by the watch but the watch I got was just a 50rs worth watch ..not the watch shown in that pic..then I searched the company in Google, there I found so many of them reported the same issues..then...

I ordered beet q11 pro smart watch but i get shoyo quartz watch... I want to return your product... My order i'd is 8760821 and reference if is #ZW_14722.
Please return it fast.. I'm very disappointed
And refund my money or give me the right product.. And solve my problem fast.. And they never pick a call so please solve my problem. Refund fast...

Reference id - 9703, order i'd - 8662406 tracking id[protected] ordered a smart watch worth 990/- with cash on delivery. But i received two poor quality not smart watch. Call the customer care, but phone switched off. Please refund my money or deliver the exact product which i ordered. It is highly disappointing and my complaint needs to be resolved as soon as possible......
