I HAD BOOKED TWO VEG CHOPPER ON 02 AUG 2011 THROUGH SHARADDA SKY SHOP AND PAID RS 2080/- AS ONLINE TRASACTION (ORDER NO FROM CC AVENUE 1064 AND 1065) AND ADDRESSED TO SHIP THE PARCEL TO 41 ASSAM RIFLES C/O 99 APO WOKHA NAGALAND
BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PARCEL NOR THE MONEY IS REFUNDED TO ME.
I TRIED TO CALL THEIR CUSTOMER CARE BUT NO RESPONSE
REQUEST YOU TO FILE A CASE AGANIST THEM AND REFUND THE AMOUNT...
BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PARCEL NOR THE MONEY IS REFUNDED TO ME.

MOST PATHETIC SERVICE EVER SEEN. Ordered King Star and for many days no feedback of when I would be getting it despite the fact I paid online. Every time I called many times no one picked the phone. And if someone picked it then they said they will call me back after 10 minutes but they never called back. Now after I received the King Star after like 20 days, the very first time I tried to use, it didn't work at all. So they shipped...
