I HAD BOOKED TWO VEG CHOPPER ON 02 AUG 2011 THROUGH SHARADDA SKY SHOP AND PAID RS 2080/- AS ONLINE TRASACTION (ORDER NO FROM CC AVENUE 1064 AND 1065) AND ADDRESSED TO SHIP THE PARCEL TO 41 ASSAM RIFLES C/O 99 APO WOKHA NAGALAND
BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PARCEL NOR THE MONEY IS REFUNDED TO ME.
I TRIED TO CALL THEIR CUSTOMER CARE BUT NO RESPONSE
REQUEST YOU TO FILE A CASE AGANIST THEM AND REFUND THE AMOUNT...

MOST PATHETIC SERVICE EVER SEEN. Ordered King Star and for many days no feedback of when I would be getting it despite the fact I paid online. Every time I called many times no one picked the phone. And if someone picked it then they said they will call me back after 10 minutes but they never called back.
