No one is responding in Amravati and Surat office

I am traveling from Bharuch, Gujarat departure time is 4:40 Pm. As per their commitment, we will reach from Bharuch
to jaipur on morning 10 am, but they have not Confirm information about timing, they are too late, and taking too much stops, like we are setting in local bus, i am sure local bus will also gives best services as compared with shreenath travels. Worst ever booking office agent seen in my life. A person travels with some or other luggage but this dhule (Maharashtra) shrinath office agent didn't even allowed me to carry 8kg of luggage. I think why an oldest brand like shrinath travels gives agency to such arrogant and threatening people who instead of helping passengers threaten the passengers. Hope i won't travel again by shrinath travels in my life neither would i suggest anyone...

No..RJ27PA8500...Very bad experience...with such type of bad staff...he did not stop the bus after night 1 oclock till udaipur reached...every customer requested to stop the bus at somewhere nearest hotel for fresh up and toilet he told that bus will not stop till udaipur is not rescued...even two small kids toilet in bus only so staff member scold the parents badly...when we told driver that we will complain to your owners than he replied..."me...

I booked bus via paytm on 29th june 2018, from rajkot to gandhinagar and arrival time is 4:30pm but bus came after 5:30pm. This bus stops everywhere and it generally takes 5 hours max to reach gandhinagar and this travels took nearly 7.5 hours. On paytm it is clearly written that we should reach by 10:55pm but at 11:15pm we were just at paladi. To bad experience...

I have booked my bus ticket from nathdwara to ahmedabad on 28/01/2017 form redbus shrinath tour and travels. The departure timing of bus from nathdwara is 6.45 am. After reaching there on 6.35am, there is not stand bus and office is also closed so i called on this no [protected] many times which is provided to me on my e ticket but call is not received by anybody. I have booked single sleeper from pune.. As soon as the pune highway started they changed the bus.. Shifted the passenger to another bus.. Where they forced to mange in the double sleeper coach.. When my ticket was already for a single sleeper.. And the behaviour of the bus conductor was badly rude and unprofessional.. We passengers had no choice in the middle of the highway.. I stay at bhayander (E), i booked 2 double sleeper on 2nd november 2017 from shreenath travel agency in golden nest on 29/10/2017.
Now 2 days before they have called me and said that there is no bus on this route through them.
Since now the price is hiked they have cancelled our booking to earn more profit. This is very cheap trick they are playing. With this type of ethics it sure they will fall one day.

I was travelling to Pune from Surat through Shreenath Travels on 10th May, 2016. I took the ticket of AC bus but when i stepped in to the bus, I found AC is not working. So I requested to conductor and driver to turned it on. They told it'll be on once bus will get started. But surprisingly It didn't turn on for 2-3 hours.
