I today come to shri balaji honda, bhadurgarh for first service of my scooty activa. While servicing they do not entertain me to see how they change engine oil, i doubt they have change it. Its 10:33 AM and thier washing boy is not in service center. Moreover in the pandemic of corona none of employee wear mask. They put all lives into threat. In over all i do not find any professionalism in them. My worst experience and also do not think...

I have purchased honda activa 5g from your authorized dealership shri balaji honda, haldwani-263139 as on 24/04/2019.
As you can see the vehicle even does not completed one year, there are sounds/ noises in the engine of the vehicle.
Such kind of problems no one can expect from such a prestigious firm like yours.
As due to the lock down the showroom and service centers all are temporarily...
