I am regular customer and used to buy your products since years.
Lijjat papad at 5 rasta mulund west branch the women who sells chapati over there is very arrogant and rude she don't know how to behave with the customer is very loud, rude and sells chapati on her mood.
It's a request i am being facing this last few months, please try and take some action on this and hire nice employees.

We are regular customer of your product. It is very painful to express few defects on your product that, hair is being found on "Panjabi Marsala special Mini Papad". Defect product is kept carefully for proof. Your representative can see it.
I sincerely request you to look into the same matter seriously, as it is a good product and for maintaining quality product as per your quality policy....

If by mistake my family prefer other brand papads, i recommend them to prefer lijjat papad brand and they follow my words. Today while having lunch, there was an hair seen in papad. It was a disgusting moment for me because i only recommend them to go for lijjat brand papads. I know about lijjat papads it's pretty brand product. Please take care......

With respect to the subject mentioned above, i am very sorry to inform you that a bug/insect is present inside a sealed pack of papad.
It was my luck that i saw the insect through the transparent area of the packet.
I'm very very upset about this issue as everyone eats this product, from my children to people who are older.

We bought lijjat papad from sachin kirana, ram nagar, aurangabad, maharashtra state. And we surprised after found lots of fungi growth on papad in packing. Which is very dangerous for health.
I send you all the details in the form of photos which is attached herewith.
Please do the needful. I think lijjat is so popular brand in papad but it's very unexpected experience to me from lijjat.

I regretfully bring to your notice that I have found a hair in my papad (woman's hair) while eating a Lijjat Mini Papad.

I had nostalgic feeling for the next few hours and my family kept thanking God for not having served this papad to my 2 year...
